为了保障正常教学秩序，营造良好学习氛围和生活空间，促进学校来华留学管理和服务工作水平，根据教育部、公安部和外交部《学校招收和培养国际学生管理办法》、《淄博职业技术大学学生手册》，制定如下管理规定。
To ensure the regular teaching order，create good learning atmosphere and living space，promote the management and service level, based on Administrative Regulations for Recruitment and Cultivating of International Students by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Public Security and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Student Handbook of Zibo Polytechnic University issued, we hereby made the following regulations.
第一章 宿舍管理规定细则
Dormitory Management Regulations
第一条 在国际学生宿舍住宿的学生，须遵守国际学生宿舍作息制度。
Article 1 Students who stay in the dormitories of international students shall abide by the rules of the dormitory management concerning.
第二条 宿舍关门查寝时间为每晚22：00，学生本人须于22:30之前完成签字确认，不主动签字者，按夜不归宿处理。夜不归宿1次，警告；夜不归宿2次，取消学习资格，取消持有的签证/居留许可，不出具学习证明材料。
Article 2 Dormitory closing time is 22:00 each night, and students must sign before 22:30, those who do not sign in person, will be taken as absence without approval. Penalty:stay out all night without approval 1 time, warning; 2 times, study qualification and the visa/residence permit shall be canceled with no study certificate issued.
第叁条 保持宿舍安静，22:00之后不得从事影响他人休息的活动，如大声喧哗、高声播放音乐等，如有发现，记警告处分1次。
Article 3 Keep quiet in dormitory. After 22:00, do not engage in activities that may affect other’s people's rest, such as noise, loud music, etc. If found, a warning penalty shall be given kept in record.
第四条 禁止在宿舍内使用炊具做饭，如有发现，炊具没收，并记警告处分1次。
Article 4 Cooking in dormitory is forbidden. If found, the cookware shall be confiscated and a warning will be given and kept in record.It is not allowed to pull wires in the room or in the corridor.
第五条 节约用水用电。离开宿舍时，须关闭房间内的空调、电脑、灯等电器和水龙头，如检查发现未关闭电源而离开宿舍将记警告处分1次。如遇临时停水、停电，应及时关闭水龙头和电器开关，以免发生跑水跑电，如有发生，视情节轻重进行相应处罚。
Article 5 To save water and electricity. When leaving the dormitory, students are required to turn off the air conditioning, computer, lights and other electrical appliances and faucets in the room. If students leave the dormitory without powering off the above, a warning shall be issued. In case of temporary water shutdown and power failure, the faucet and electrical switch should be turned off in time to avoid running water and electricity waste, whereby if it occurs the corresponding penalty shall be imposed according to the seriousness of the case.
第六条 宿舍内设施和物品均已列入资产明细表，学生本人须签字确认，不得挪动设施位置，不得随意张贴海报，不得污损墙面、拆装设施。污损墙面须恢复原样，遗失和损坏宿舍内设施和物品须等价赔偿。如需修理设施和物品，应及时报告宿舍管理员。
Article 6 Facilities and items in the dormitory have been listed in the asset list, and students themselves sign to confirm. Moving location of facilities randomly, putting up posters on wall, defacing walls, disassembling and installing facilities are forbidden. Defaced walls must be restored to their original condition. Equivalent compensation for lost or damaged facilities and items in the dormitory are required. Any need to repair facilities and items should be reported to the dormitory keeper.
第七条 不得私自拆换门锁、自配钥匙，不得将钥匙交与他人。丢失房间钥匙，应该承担配钥匙或更换锁具费用。外出前须锁好门窗，妥善保管好自己的财物和证件，不在房间内放现金。如遇盗窃发生，保护好现场，及时报告宿舍管理员。
Article 7 No lock shall be removed or changed without permission, and no key shall be handed over to others. If students lose the room key, they shall bear the cost of making the key or replacing the lock. To lock doors and windows before going out, take good care of belongings and documents, and do not put cash in the room. In case of theft, the scene must be protected, and report it to dormitory keeper in time.
第八条 宿舍内禁止吸烟。不得在宿舍内焚烧物品，禁止存放易燃、易爆物品。凡不遵守规定，酿成火灾者，须赔偿一切损失。后果严重者将由司法机关追究刑事责任。同时，学校保留取消其学习资格的权利。
Article 8 Smoking is prohibited in the dormitory. It is not allowed to burn items in the dormitory, and it is prohibited to store inflammable and explosive items. Anyone who fails to comply with the regulations and causes a fire must compensate for all losses. If the consequences are serious, the judicial body shall conduce investigation on criminal responsibility. At the same time, the school reserves the right to disqualify his study.
第九条 宿舍管理员、班级导师等管理人员有权随时进入学生宿舍检查房间卫生、设施状况、隐患情况和住宿人员。宿舍管理员有权对进出宿舍的物品或行李进行开箱检查。不服从管理者，将记警告处分1次。
Article 9 Dormitory administrators, class tutors and other management personnel have the right to enter student dormitories at any time to check hygiene, facility conditions, hidden dangers and residents. The dormitory keepers have the right to unpack and inspect items or baggage entering and leaving the dormitory. If he/she disobeys the manager, a warning penalty shall be issued.
第十条 外来人员未经允许不得进入宿舍。经过国际学院允许的访客，进入宿舍前须到管理员处登记个人信息，会客时间为9:00-17:00。未经国际学院允许，不得留宿他人；如有特殊情况，需提前向国际学院申请，经批准后方可。以上情况如有违犯，将记警告处分1次。
Article 10 No strangers shall enter the dormitory without permission. Visitors who are allowed by the International school must register their personal information to the administrator before entering. The reception time is 9:00-17:00. No one may be accommodated without the permission of the International school. If there are special reasons, he is required to apply to International school in advance to get approval. Any violation of the above mentioned will be punished with a warning penalty.
第十一条 国际学生自行清扫和保持宿舍内卫生，维护环境卫生。自觉维护楼道等公共区域内卫生，不得在楼道堆放垃圾及其它物品。禁止从窗口向外倒垃圾。不得将剩饭、杂物倒入水池或马桶内，以防下水道堵塞。国际学院将不定期进行检查、通报，拒不整改者记警告处分1次。
Article 11 International students keep the dormitory clean by themselves. Actively maintain public areas such as corridors, and shall not pile garbage and other articles in corridor. It is forbidden to throw trash from the window. Do not pour leftovers or debris into the sink or toilet to prevent clogged drains. The International school will conduct inspection and issue notification from time to time, and those who refuse to rectify will be punished with a warning penalty.
第十二条 宿舍内或公共场所如发生火警、漏电等意外事件，须立即向宿舍管理员或值班老师报告，不得私自处理，以免发生人身安全事故。不得损坏和私自移动消防器材，如有发生，视情节轻重进行相应处罚及赔偿。造成严重事故者，取消学习资格，并按中国法律追究责任。
Article 12 In case of fire, electricity leakage and other accidents, students shall immediately report to the dormitory keeper or duty teacher and shall not handle it without permission so as to avoid accidents. Students shall not damage or move fire fighting equipment. If so, they shall be punished and compensate according to the seriousness of the circumstances. Those who make serious accidents shall be disqualified of study and be held responsible according to Chinese laws.
第十叁条 宿舍内不得豢养猫、狗、鸟、鼠、蛇等各种动物。如有发现，须立即将动物处置，并记警告处分1次。
Article 13 No cats, dogs, birds, rats, snakes and other animals shall be kept in the dormitory. If found, the animal should be disposed of immediately and a warning will be given and kept in record.
第十四条 不服从以上管理条例者，视为主动放弃在我校学习资格，将被开除学习资格。
Article 14 Those who disobey the above administrative regulations shall be regarded as voluntarily giving up their study qualification and shall be disqualified of study.
第二章 公用厨房管理细则
Chapter II Management Rules for Shared Kitchens
第一条 公用厨房卫生保洁由使用者按照值日表对炉灶、地面、桌面等进行打扫，及时清理垃圾。不按规定打扫者，将记警告处分1 次。拒不服从管理者，取消使用公用厨房资格。
Article 1 Shared kitchen shall be cleaned by users according to the duty schedule on the stove, the floor, the table, garbage,etc,. Those who do not clean according to the regulations shall be given a warning penalty. Refusal to obey the rules shall lead to no qualification to use kitchen.
第二条 按正常操作规程使用电磁炉等设备，使用完毕，须切断电源。如出现故障，应及时报告宿舍管理员。因使用不当造成火灾等事故，须照价赔偿损失，并记严重警告处分1次。
Article 2 The induction cooker and other equipment shall be used according to the normal operating procedures, and the power supply shall be cut off after use. If there is a malfunction, report it to the dormitory keeper in time. Due to improper use of fire and other accidents, compensation for losses according to the price is required, and a serious warning penalty shall be issued.
第叁条 保持厨房内卫生，不得将剩饭、剩菜等随意抛洒或倒入水池内，垃圾放入垃圾桶。未按以上方式操作，记警告处分1次。

第四条 厨房内公用设施，如为人为损坏，须照价赔偿。公用设施不得据为己有，不得存放于个人房间内。如有发现，记警告处分1次。
Article 4 If the public facilities in the kitchen are artificially damaged, compensation shall be made according to the price. Public facilities shall not be appropriated or stored in one’s room. If found, a warning penalty will be issued.
第五条 变质或长期存放于冰箱内物品及随意摆放厨房内的私人物品，影响他人使用，宿舍管理员有权对其进行丢弃处理。
Article 5 If the items that have deteriorated or been stored in the freezer for a long time and the personal items that are placed randomly in the kitchen that may affect the others to use, the dormitory keeper has the right to dispose them.
第叁章 班级考勤管理细则
Chapter Three Class Attendance Management Rules
第一条 上课、文体活动、宿舍就寝以及学院规定学生必须参加的教育教学及其它集体活动均纳入考勤范围。
Article 1 Classes, recreational and sports activities, dormitory discipline, educational, teaching and other collective activities required by the college shall falls into the category of attendance.
第二条 考勤项目分为：旷课、病假、事假。集体活动缺勤—次按2学时计，未经批准，擅自离校每天按旷课6学时计。
Article 2 Attendance items refers to truancy, sick leave, personal affair leave. Collective activity absence will be taken 2 class hours absence each time.Unauthorized leaving school each day is taken as 6 class hour absence.
第叁条 学生班级考勤由任课教师负责填写，将学生出勤情况记录在《学生考勤表》。班级导师/辅导员每周汇总并进行通报。
Article 3 The teacher shall be responsible for the record of class attendance of students and put it in Student Attendance Sheet. Class tutors gather it and issue the attendance record weekly.
第四条 事假：原则上事假不得占用正常上课时间。因直系亲属（祖父母、父母、兄弟、姐妹、夫妻、子女）来华访问，需赴外地见面，需提供亲属关系证明材料，请假不得超过3天（含周末）。非直系亲属来访，不予批准请假要求。因升学需赴其它院校面试，每次请假不得超过2天（不含周末）。本人须持有关证明和《国际学生请假审批单》至少提前1天办理，未经批准缺勤按旷课论处。
Article 4 Personal leave: In principle, personal affair leave shall not occupy the normal class time. Due to the visit of immediate family members (grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, husband and wife, children) to other places, kinship proof materials are required, and the leave shall not exceed 3 days (including weekends). The request for leave shall not be approved for the visit of non-immediate family members. Due to the need to go to other universities for interview, the leave shall not exceed 2 days (excluding weekends). One must present relevant certificates and the Application Form for Leave Approval for International Students at least 1 day in advance. Unapproved absences will be considered as truancy.
第五条 病假：一般疾病（能走动），须持医生出具的相关证明，提前向班级导师请假。如遇急病、重病等情况无法办理请假手续者，应通过电话、微信等方式向导师请假，事后补办请假手续，经核实后再行确定是否为请假。
Article 5 Sick leave: slight illness (one can walk around), students shall hold the relevant proof issued by doctor to ask for leave in advance from tutor teacher. If one is unable to apply for leave in case of emergency or serious illness, he should ask for leave via phone or wechat, and make up the application afterwards with proof for verification.
第六条 淄博市内1天以内请假，由班级导师审批；2-3天淄博市内请假，由国际学生所在院系审批；4天以上或赴淄博市外的请假，所在院系审批后，须同时报国际学院审批。返回后应及时向审批部门办理销假。
Article 6 1 day leave in Zibo city shall be approved by the class instructor; 2-3 days leave in Zibo city, approved by department; Leave for more than 4 days or outside Zibo City, after the approval of the department, must be submitted to the International school for approval. After returning, leave clearance shall be handled with the examination and approval department in a timely manner.
第七条 学生旷课处分规定：
（一）一学期旷课累计10学时者，给予警告处分；
（二）一学期旷课累计15学时者，给予严重警告处分；
（叁）一学期旷课累计20学时者，留校察看。
（四）一学期旷课累计超过20学时者，取消学习资格。
Article 7 Disciplinary provisions on students' truancy:
(1) Warning shall be given to those who have absented 10 class hours in one semester;
(2) Serious warning shall be given to those who absenteeism accumulates 15 class hours in one semester;
(3) Students who have absented 20 class hours in one semester shall be taken as detention.
(4) Students who are absent for more than 20 class hours in one semester shall be disqualified from studying.
第八条 迟到2次记为旷课1学时，一学期内学生请假学时数不得超过本学期课时总数的20%，否则，取消考试资格。
Article 8 Students who are late for class twice shall be counted as truancy of 1 class hour. The number of school hours that students ask for leave in a semester shall not exceed 20% of the total class hours of the semester, otherwise, the examination qualification will be canceled.
第九条 未办理书面请假手续，擅自离校连续一周，按自动退学处理，取消签证/居留许可，所交费用一概不退。
Article 9 Students who leave school for one consecutive week without written leave procedures shall be treated as automatic drop out whose visa/residence permit shall be canceled, and the fees paid shall not be refunded.
外事管理细则
Chapter IV Detailed Rules for Administration of Foreign Affairs
第一条 国际学生须遵守《中华人民共和国出入境管理法》的相关法律规定，不得参加违法、违纪活动，不得损害中国的国家主权、安全和社会公共利益。
Article 1 International students shall abide by the relevant laws and regulations of the Exit and Entry Administration Law of the People's Republic of China, and shall not participate in illegal or disciplinary activities, and shall not harm China's national sovereignty, security and social and public interests.
第二条 按《中华人民共和国出入境管理法》规定，首次来华及异地旅行时，应于抵达目的地24小时内向当地出入境管理部门进行住宿登记，不按规定登记的，将按照规定进行相应的处罚，直至遣送出境。
Article 2 According to the provisions of the Exit and Entry Administration Law of the People's Republic of China, people who travel to China for the first time or to other cities are required to register their temporary stay information to the local Exit and Entry Administration department within 24 hours of arrival at the destination. 第叁条 国际学生应关注自己的护照、签证、居留许可等证件的有效期，并于护照、签证、居留许可到期前至少1周告知国际学院，经审核后进行相应手续办理。未提前告知国际学院而出现护照、签证、居留许可失效的情况，学校不承担责任。
Article 3 International students should pay attention to the validity period of their passports, visas, residence permits and other documents, and inform the International School at least one week before the expiration of the passports, visas, and residence permits. 第四条 国际学生在我校学习期间不得从事未经允许的兼职、就业、经商等盈利性活动，一经发现，将取消其学习资格，并按中国相关法律法规进行处理。
A rticle 4 International students are not allowed to engage in unauthorized part-time jobs, employment, business and other profitable activities during their study in our university. Once found, their study qualifications will be revoked and they will be sent for with in accordance with relevant laws and regulations of China.
第五章 宗教管理细则
Chapter V Rules for Administration of Religion
第一条 学校尊重国际学生的民族习俗和宗教信仰。
Article 1 The School respects the ethnic customs and religious beliefs of international students.
第二条 国际学生不得以组织或个人身份在学校进行宗教活动和建立宗教团体，不得面向中国学生进行传教活动，一经发现，将取消其学习资格，并按中国相关法律法规进行处理。
Article 2 International students are not allowed to conduct religious activities or establish religious groups on campus in the name of an organized or individual, and are not allowed to conduct missionary activities to Chinese students. Once found, their study qualifications shall be revoked and the case shall be reported to related government branch and handled in accordance with relevant laws and regulations of China.
第叁条 如需进行宗教活动，应到校外指定的地点，如依法登记设立的开展宗教活动的寺院、宫观、清真寺、教堂及其它固定处所。
A rticle 3 If religious activities are needed, they are required to go to designated places outside the school, such as temples, temples, mosques, churches and other fixed places registered for carrying out religious activities.
第四条 国际学生在校内庆祝本国传统节日、聚会等活动，须事先报告所在院系和国际学院，经学校宣传统战部批准后方可进行。

第六章 其它
Chapter VI Others
第一条 在学校学习期间不得有打架斗殴、聚众闹事、赌博酗酒、吸毒贩毒等行为，一经发现，即开除学习资格，并移送公安机关按照中国法律法规进行处理。

第二条 国际学生须尊重中国人民的风俗习惯和公共道德，不做侵犯他人权益的事情。

第叁条 学校根据中国有关法律法规和校规校纪对国际学生开展教育和管理，国际学生需服从管理，尊重教师和工作人员。以有不服从管理，带头闹事，影响恶劣者，开除学习资格。
Article 3 The Institute shall conduct education and management of international students in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of China and the rules and disciplines of the Institute. International students shall obey the management and respect the teachers and staff. Those who disobey management, take the lead in making trouble, and have bad influence will be disqualified of study.
第四条 国际学生须自行熟悉并遵守中国交通规则。我校国际学生不得骑行电动自行车，不得驾驶摩托车和汽车。如有发现，首次将给予警告处分，第二次将给予留校察看处分，第叁次将开除学习资格。
Article 4 International students must familiarize themselves with and abide by Chinese traffic rules. International students are not allowed to ride electric bicycles, drive motorcycles and cars. If found, for the first time a warning penalty shall be issued, and for the second time he will be kept as retention, and for the 3rd time he shall be disqualified of study.
第五条 以上六章管理细则中，除已明确规定处分标准的项目，涉及警告、严重警告、留校察看、开除学习资格等处分实行累加计算，即第二次警告为严重警告，第叁次警告为留校察看，第四次警告为开除学习资格。受到警告及以上处分者，取消奖学金评选资格。学历生受到处分，分别按照以下进行处罚：警告，减少助学金100元；严重警告，减少助学金500元；留校察看和取消学习资格，不再发放助学金。
Article 5 In the above six chapters, in addition to the items that have clearly stipulated the disciplinary standards, the punishments involving warning, serious warning, detention, disqualifications of study shall be calculated in sum, i.e. the second warning is a serious warning, the third warning is a detention, and the fourth warning disqualifications of study. Those who receive a warning or above shall be disqualified from the scholarship selection. Diploma students shall be punished according to the following: warning, reducing the grant of RMB100 yuan; serious warning, reduce the stipend by RMB500yuan; retention and disqualification of study, no stipend shall be given.
第六条 国际学生因违犯以上管理规定受到处罚而达到开除学习资格者，其所交费用一律不予退还。
Article 6 The paid tuition and fees of International students who violate the above-mentioned regulations up to disqualification of study shall not be refundable.
第七条 以上内容中英文版本如有歧义，以中文版为准。
Article 7 If there is any construe between the Chinese and English versions of the above contents, the Chinese version shall prevail.
